Custom Test Stand	TESCOM's Systems Group designs and builds unique pressure and flow control solutions. We provide standard designs and custom remedies from the component level up - capabilities not found with other system integrators. Our engineers offer in-depth understanding of fluid control. We've designed pressure controls, manifolds and assemblies for more than forty years. Controlling gases and liquids across a wide range of pressure and flows, our systems are capable of 60,000 PSIG Utilizing manifold technology, TESCOM systems minimize potential leak paths, save space and service time while reducing cost. We offer a wide array of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from charging carts to test stands with custom software Meeting stringent domestic and international performance requirements has become standard operating procedure at TESCOM.
MANIFOLD/SYSTEM	DESCRIPTION
Custom Designed O2 Manifold	Pressure reducing manifold custom designed for high pressure oxygen service. Unit includes regulator, gauges, shut-off, and isolation and check valves.
Stackable Pressure Components	Custom designed manifold block components reduce overall end to end dimensions as well as eliminating the number of potential leak paths. System design includes, pressure reducing regulator, PID controller (ER3000), transducer, back pressure regulator and shut-off valve.
Valve Control Manifold	The primary function of this custom designed manifold is to actuate TESCOM VA valves used in an alternative fuel filling station. Unit includes pressure reducing regulator and custom designed manifold blocks for solenoid valves.
Automated Multiple Pressure Delivery System	Custom designed multiple function pressure control box. Unit includes TESCOM ER3000 PID controller, pressure reducing regulator, user interface and custom designed software.
44-3400 Two Stage Regulator System	This two-stage bottle regulator, TESCOM model 44-3400, has been manufactured using oxygen compatible components in the flow stream. The unit is assembled with a CGA connector, stainless steel braided pigtail hose, gauges, relief valve, and filter.
Inlet Manifold	This block manifold includes a pressure reducing regulator and inlet shut-off solenoid valve.
Outlet Manifold	Block manifold with both solenoid and manual shut-off valve.
Pressure and Temperature Cycle Test Manifold	This manifold includes PID controllers, pressure reducing manifolds, VA Series valve, accumulators and custom designed manifold block hook-ups.
Alternative Fuels Dispensing Panel	Custom designed alternative fuels dispensing panel. Components include VA Series valves, pressure reducing regulator, transducer and block manifold solenoid valves.
