NEW! DG Series: High Precision, High Flow
TESCOM Industrial Controls has released the new High Flow/Low Pressure DG Series regulator that may be utilized in a variety of applications including process air, blanketing, bulk gas distribution, and clean steam. This regulator achieves Cv = 10 in a compact design and a high flow of up to 1400 scfm. The diaphragm sensing provides greater accuracy and sensitivity. The DG Series regulator dome/air actuated version is compatible with TESCOM ER3000 Electropneumatic PID Controller.
Other features include:
- Outlet pressure ranges: 20, 50, 100, 150, and 250 PSIG (2, 4, 7, 10 and 17 bar)
- ANSI Class VI bubble tight shut-off
- Integral gauge ports available
- Spring and dome-loaded models
- NPT porting
- Gylon® diaphragm with various seat materials such as EP 80, Viton®, and Chemraz 75®
- Standard O2 cleaned to ASTM G93
